The Project
This website and accompanying educational and promotional booklet and flyer are the result of a group collaboration. The goal of this project is to highlight the library’s sustainability efforts and to educate the community on the benefits of green building and sustainability.
Photography
Photography is provided by Chris Giles of Chris Giles Photo. Chris specializes in architecture, environmental portrait, and outdoor lifestyle photography. He is a graduate of Fort Lewis College and long-time resident of Durango. He currently divides his time between Durango, CO and San Diego, CA.
Art Direction and Design
Sanders Anderson provided art direction and developed the print materials for this project. Sanders lives in Portland, OR and is the founder of BETRUE Design a leading branding and design group that provides services for the health and wellness industries.
Website Development and Design
The website design and development is provided by AJ Cabrera of Barefoot E-Biz. Barefoot E-Biz specializes in web development; E-commerce; search engine, Internet and Email marketing; and social media. AJ lived in Crested Butte, CO for over 10 years. He now resides in Encinitas, CA, a community of San Diego.
Illustrations
Brian Banash provided the diagrams and illustrations for this project. Brian is the owner of Sierra Coast Designs a graphic design and illustration company in Cardiff, CA. Brian is also a fine artist of blues and surf paintings and designs. Brian has lived in both Durango and Telluride, CO and visits whenever he can.
Project Management and Writing
Barbara Fanning provided strategy, project management and writing for this project. She is the owner of Mindswing Consulting, a communications company that provides marketing, education and community outreach services to companies making a positive social or environmental impact. She is a LEED Green Associate and is chair of the education committee for the USGBC San Diego Chapter. She currently divides her time between Encinitas, CA and Durango CO. |
